Revealing Tenants of Surprising Mixed-Use Project by Developer

SimonCRE is spearheading the development of a 70,000-square-foot mixed-use center in Surprise known as Elm Street at Surprise City Center. Carefree Partners has partnered with SimonCRE on this project. According to Phoenix Business Journal, once fully developed, the urban center will feature stores, restaurants and entertainment venues along with two-story office spaces south of Bell Road near Ottawa University and Surprise City Hall. Some of the tenants include Farmer Boys burger chain restaurant, Mission BBQ eatery , Osteria Mia Italian restaurant , Café Zupas cafe and Better Buzz Coffee Roasters coffee shop .

62% of Phase 1 has been preleased already; construction is expected to begin by September’s end with completion projected for Q3 2024 . Phoenix Commercial Advisors are acting as leasing brokers for this development while Pride Contracting was selected as general contractor. The initial phase alone will cost an estimated $35 million according to SimonCRE’s previous statement .
