AMS Acquisitions recently celebrated the grand opening of Sylvan Woods at Howell, a 55-plus residential community located in Howell Township, NJ. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on December 13th and was attended by company executives and local officials.
Situated on a spacious 14-acre site, Sylvan Woods features four buildings with a total of 100 units. Residents can also enjoy amenities such as a clubhouse, outdoor patio, and pool. Monthly rents for the four-story buildings range from $2,300 to $3,600.
Construction began in spring of last year and was completed within an impressive timeframe of just 18 months. According to Ari Mitnick, co-head of acquisitions at AMS: “We are thrilled to start leasing this highly anticipated community.” He also added that Sylvan Woods will cater to the growing demand for downsizing options in Howell Township and Monmouth County.
The property was acquired by AMS from OneKey LLC in mid-2022 as part of their expansion into suburban multifamily development projects across New Jersey,W estchester,and Connecticut.
