Construction has recently begun on LogistiCenter at Irvine I & II, the first project in the Western region for Dermody Properties by PREMIER Design + Build Group. This development includes two LEED Certified industrial facilities totaling 224,920 square feet in Irvine.
LogistiCenter at Irvine I is a standalone industrial building spanning 133,320 square feet and situated on six acres of land. Adjacent to it is LogistiCenter at Irvine II, an approximately 91,600-square-foot facility located on 4.4 acres of land. The project’s location offers convenient access to major transportation hubs such as John Wayne Airport and the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
The team responsible for overseeing construction includes project manager Matt Lindsay, assistant project manager Victor Xu, project engineer Madeline Rappaport,supervisor Keith Johnson,and director of construction Nick Palmer from PREMIER Design + Build Group.Their goal is to complete this development by the first quarter of2025.CBRE will be handling leasing services for this property.
