Vero A2R, the office investment platform at Vero Capital, has announced a groundbreaking $29 million renovation project at INISIO at Kierland. This two-building office campus in the Kierland area is being renovated in collaboration with Stream Realty Partners.
The renovation of INISIO at Kierland I and II (located on 16430 N. Scottsdale Road and 16260 N. 71st Street) will create a unified campus atmosphere while also enhancing the amenities of both buildings. The completion date for this project is set for the fourth quarter of 2024.
One key aspect of this renovation includes developing spec suites ranging from 3,900 to 7,700 square feet to accommodate up to a total of approximately90,000 square feet within the campus.
Some notable features that will be included in this revamp are an expansive fitness center spanning over5 ,000 square feet and various tenant amenities such as lobbies and common areas,a training center,huddle rooms,a library,and even billiards area.Additionally,the outdoor space will be expanded by adding pickleball courts which cover an additional5 ,000squarefeet .
