Revamping Houston's Entertainment Center

Levcor has invested over $10 million in renovations for the Marq’E mixed-use development located outside the 610 Loop. The project, which was first announced in 2021, has been underway for more than a year now. Notably, Levcor focused on upgrading the Regal Cinemas with a revamped lobby and improved seating and audio/visual equipment.

In addition to these improvements at the theater, Levcor also brought in five new tenants including Sloomoo Institute – an interactive play area centered around slime – as well as Aviator Pizza and Drafthouse and Immersive Gamebox.

Meanwhile, other upgrades are being made to enhance the overall Marq’E development. This includes constructing a two-story building spanning nearly 49,000 square feet to accommodate more businesses along with extensive landscaping efforts. It is worth noting that Levcor acquired ownership of Marq’E back in 2014.
