The Esplanade office complex has recently undergone a major renovation and upgrade in the Camelback Corridor. The $45 million project included adding 30,000 square feet of new amenity spaces such as a conference center, tenant lounge, full-service restaurant, fitness center, and lobby enhancements.
This transformation was made possible by Onsite – a workplace experience platform that aims to turn offices into connected hubs with a focus on providing employees with a hospitality-driven environment. The renovations also include an additional 16,000-square-foot amenity building and an 8,000-square-foot meeting space.
In Spring of 2025,the Esplanade will introduce three new restaurant concepts which will add another10 ,000 square feet to the already revitalized ground level.
With over one million square feet of office space and more than90 tenants including CBRE,Merrill Lynch,Cushman & Wakefield ,UBS Financial,Gallagher & Kennedy,and others,the Esplanade is now better equipped to provide its occupants with top-notch amenities.
