NewcrestImage and Dabu Group, two Dallas-based companies, have recently acquired the full-service Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake. The joint venture plans to renovate the hotel completely. Boasting 294 rooms with private balconies and top-notch amenities such as a concierge level with a private lounge, fine dining restaurant, Starbucks coffee shop, outdoor pool, business center and approximately 15,000 square feet of meeting space.
