Woodcliff Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate consulting group based in New Jersey, has added two retail real estate veterans to its roster: Gregory T. Maloney and Bill Rose.
Rudolph E. Milian, president and CEO of Woodcliff Lake commented on the new additions: “Greg Maloney and Bill Rose bring expertise previously missing from our consultant lineup at Woodcliff Realty – what makes us different is that many real estate specialists are offering their unique disciplines through a coordinated consortium”
Maloney is the advisor of GTM Associates LLC in Florida after retiring as president & CEO of JLL Americas earlier this year; while Rose serves as senior managing director for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), part of Marcus & Millichap Inc. Both will continue their individual practices alongside serving clients at Woodcliff Realty.
