Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the $4.1 million sale of Centre Square, a two-building retail property located in Portage, Michigan.
“We received multiple offers on Centre Square, which ultimately closed in an all-cash transaction just 41 days after going under contract,” said Seth Haron, Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. “The strong interest reflects the property’s diverse tenant mix, desirable suite sizes, and below-market rents — all of which position it for long-term success.”
Haron, along with Darin Gross and Ashish Vakhariya, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of a local private seller.
Centre Square Retail Center, situated at 7894 Oakland Drive, comprises 18,745 square feet. The property features ten fully leased suites, occupied by a mix of service-based, restaurant, and medical tenants. It benefits from a strategic location at a signalized intersection with high daily traffic and convenient access to U.S. Route 131.
