Urban Edge Properties has recently announced the addition of two new tenants, Pet Supplies Plus and Turning Natural, to their property Woodmore Towne Centre in Glenarden, MD. The 712,000-square-foot regional power center is anchored by a grocery store.
Pet Supplies Plus will bring a new pet category to the property while Turning Natural is a popular juice concept in the Washington D.C. market. Both deals were represented by Michael Ginsburg, Ryan Wilner and Ryan Minnehan of KLNB on behalf of Woodmore Towne Centre and Urban Edge Properties. Andy Feldman from KLNB and Andrew Mahr from Bialow Real Estate worked with Pet Supplies Plus while Constantine Gogos from Papadopoulos Properties assisted Turning Natural.
According to Justin Lustig, Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge Properties: “These leases address important gaps in our retail offerings at Woodmore Towne Centre and provide valuable resources for our shoppers.” The open-air center boasts walkability as well as various dining options along with retail stores that cater to beauty and wellness needs.
