HYM Investment Group has appointed BLACKLINE Retail Group as the exclusive leasing agent for the restaurant and retail elements of Beachmont Square, a development at Suffolk Downs in Revere, Massachusetts. Located next to MBTA’s Beachmont Blue Line Station, this mixed-use project is set to feature over 1,500 luxury residential units; 325,000 square feet of lab/office space; 85,000 square feet of retail space; a 159-key hotel; an outdoor amphitheater and plaza. The first residential building – Amaya – is under construction with 475 apartments and 24K sq ft retail area expected to open by 2024.
