**SRS Closes $10M Land Sale in San Tan Valley for Future Retail Development**

SRS has successfully completed the $10 million sale of a 31-acre commercial land parcel located at the northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Gary Road in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The site is earmarked for the development of a 225,000-square-foot retail center.

The property was sold by WinCo Foods, which has retained 10 acres of the overall site. Construction has already begun on a new WinCo Foods store on the retained parcel.

The remaining 31 acres were acquired by a joint venture between Pennant Development and REALM, LP. The developers have enlisted SRS to manage leasing for the upcoming retail project, dubbed the Skyline Ranch Marketplace.

SRS is currently securing pre-leases for several components of the center, including junior anchor spaces, two shop buildings, and multiple pad sites. The leasing team at SRS includes industry professionals Ed Beeh, Chuck Gibson, Stephanie Davis, and Robbie Petty.
