Previously, both Gaddis and Ponce were part of NAI Puget Sound Properties in Bellevue. With over 40 years of combined experience working with restaurants and hotels firsthand,the team brings valuable expertise to their brokerage work.Gaddis has personally opened 13 restaurants along with various other food-related businesses throughout Seattle before transitioning into brokerage.Ponce holds an advanced degree from Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully ,France,in hotel managementand culinary arts.She spent nearly two decades working at fine dining establishments around the world before joining Kidder Mathews.
