### Resnick Secures Leases with Two Financial Firms at One Seaport Plaza

Jack Resnick & Sons has finalized two lease agreements totaling 20,158 square feet with financial firms Forte Capital Group and Accounting & Compliance International (ACI) at One Seaport Plaza, the office tower located at 199 Water Street in Downtown Manhattan.

Forte Capital Group has signed a 13-year lease for 13,400 square feet. Currently based at 80 Broad Street, the firm will relocate to its customized space this summer.

ACI has committed to an 11-year lease at the 35-story tower, securing 6,758 square feet. The firm will move from its current location at 77 Water Street later this year.

Resnick was represented in both transactions by its in-house team, Brett Greenberg and Adam Rappaport, along with John Cefaly, Ethan Silverstein, Stephen Bellwood, and Rachel Rosenfeld of Cushman & Wakefield. Aron Schreier and Nick Masi of Cushman & Wakefield represented Forte Capital Group, while Rob Wizenberg of JLL, who was with CBRE at the time, represented ACI.

The lease agreements come ahead of Resnick’s planned renovation of One Seaport Plaza’s lobby, which is set to begin later this year.
