"Reopening of New York Sports Club in Washington DC"

New York Sports Club (NYSC) is making a triumphant return to its former location near Washington, D.C.’s Dupont Circle. The fitness company has secured a 23,000-square-foot lease at 1211 Connecticut Avenue NW and will soon reopen its doors to the public.

Previously operating at this prime location before the pandemic forced it to temporarily close, NYSC is now ready for a grand comeback with an enhanced fitness concept. This includes new features such as a recovery lounge, personal training services, and barbell racks.

In addition to these upgrades, NYSC plans on introducing their boutique fitness brand “Fhitting Room” later this fall. The property is owned by Office Properties Income Trust who acquired it in 2017. JLL played an integral role in brokering the deal on behalf of the landlord.
