RentSpree, an end-to-end rental management software provider based in Los Angeles, has formed the first ever “Rental Industry Leadership Board” composed of top multiple listing services (MLS) real estate executives across the U.S. This advisory board will play a crucial role in shaping how MLSs embrace and interact with rentals by 2023 and beyond.
Advisory Council members include: Art Carter, CEO of California Regional MLS; Brian Donnellan, president and CEO of Bright MLS; Dionna Hall, CEO of BeachesMLS; Nicole Jensen, CEO of realMLS; Michael Lucarelli co-founder & CEO at RentSpree.
As 44 million Americans rely on rentals as their primary housing option each year yet many MLSs have had varying levels success when it comes to accommodating this residential segment – The Rental Industry Leadership Board aims to facilitate information exchange among influential executives to determine effective ways for the industry to embrace rentals for agents’ and consumers’ benefit alike.
