Pacific Elm Properties and Mintwood Real Estate have announced that the conversion of 25% of Santander Tower from office to apartments is now complete. The new rental community, Peridot, will occupy 11 floors of the 50-story mixed-use towers located at 1601 Elm Street across from Thanksgiving Square. Tenants can expect to move in next month with 228 units available featuring one and two bedroom options ranging from 700 to 1,300 square feet with downtown and uptown views.
Building amenities include a private swimming pool, dog park, interior lounge spaces as well as fitness center common areas plus two lobby restaurants along with a boutique hotel onsite for residents’ convenience. Additionally there is still over 30 floors worth of office space available for lease within Santander Tower – topped off by the exclusive Tower Club on its 48th floor!
