Santander Tower, located at 1601 Elm Street across from Thanksgiving Square in Dallas, recently underwent a conversion of 25% of the building from office to apartments. The new rental community called Peridot now occupies 11 floors of the 50-story mixed-use towers and is ready to accept tenants next month.
Peridot features 228 units with one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 700 to 1,300 square feet offering downtown and uptown views. Building amenities include a private swimming pool, dog park, interior lounge spaces, fitness center as well as common areas with two lobby restaurants plus a boutique hotel onsite along with the Tower Club on its 48th floor. There are still over 30 floors available for office use in Santander Tower too!
