Santander Tower, a 50-story mixed-use tower located at 1601 Elm Street across from Thanksgiving Square, recently underwent a conversion of 25% of the building from office to apartments. Pacific Elm Properties and Mintwood Real Estate have announced that the new rental community called Peridot will start accepting tenants next month.
Peridot features 228 units with one- and two-bedroom homes ranging in size from 700 to 1,300 square feet offering downtown and uptown views. Building amenities include a private swimming pool, dog park, interior lounge spaces, fitness center as well as common areas featuring two lobby restaurants plus a boutique hotel onsite along with The Tower Club on the 48th floor. There is still over 30 floors of office space available for lease within Santander Tower.
