Clay Residential has recently broken ground on Willow at Marvida, a 368-unit single-family rental project in Cypress, Texas. Located within the 856-acre master planned community of Marvida by Land Tejas, the development will include 134 detached homes and 234 attached villas with three-, four-, and five bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,382 to 2,900 square feet. Residents will have access to a pool area with clubhouse and fitness center as well as playgrounds and dog parks for their enjoyment. The entire project is expected to be completed by 2026.
