Excel Courier & Logistics and FASTSIGNS Herndon have signed leases for 16,000 square feet of space in Ashburn Crossing, a single-story flex/R&D building located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The 43,620-square foot building is slated to deliver later this year.
Excel Courier will be relocating one of its locations with approximately 30 employees to the new location at Ashburn Crossing. Meanwhile FASTSIGNS Herndon is moving due to the sale of their current building.
St John Properties initiated speculative development activities on two buildings earlier this year and are now leasing out the third at Ashburn Crossing. Danny Foit from St John Properties represented the landlord while Chase Stewart from KLNB represented FASTSIGNS Herndon and Leland Middleton from Savills acted as representative for Excel Courier in these lease transactions
