Maitland Management successfully secured separate refinancing agreements for two properties in northwest Dallas, The Meridian and NorthPointe Centre. The combined amount of the refinancing deals was $20 million, with assistance from Ari Raskas of ARZ Realty Capital.
Located near the suburb of Farmers Branch and less than half a mile apart from each other east of I-35E, these properties are prime locations for businesses. NorthPointe Centre spans 161,000 square feet at 12005 Ford Road while Meridian covers 227,000 square feet at 2711 LBJ Fwy. Both buildings will undergo infrastructure upgrades to cater to data centers and server farms.
Leasing efforts for both properties are handled by Bradford Cos., with current tenants in various industries such as finance, energy and real estate.
