The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino opened in Summerlin in 1999. Now, after 25 years, the resort is showcasing its impressive transformation.
With a budget of $75 million, the renovation project includes updates to all 548 guestrooms. This will include new furniture, TVs and beverage machines. Additionally, guests can enjoy walk-out balconies or terraces in select rooms to fully immerse themselves in the resort’s beautiful gardens and water features.
Other recent renovations at the resort include a revamped fitness center and spa treatment rooms as well as a new relaxation area called Hydra Lounge. The casino floor has also been upgraded along with various food and beverage options.
Trident Construction Management Company from Las Vegas is overseeing this massive construction project while FRANK Architecture & Interiors designed the changes. Overall, this renovation showcases how far this Summerlin resort has come since its opening over two decades ago.
