The lease for this 58,196-square-foot space covers two floors at 120 South Riverside Plaza and caters to financial advisors and associates. This move was announced by Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines in August 2023 when Raymond James signed the lease for this expansive location that brings together teams previously situated at both 550 W. Washington Blvd. and 222 S. Riverside Plaza.
According to Chris Fils, Chicagoland complex manager for Raymond James & Associates, Chicago holds great significance as a hub within the financial industry due to its rich history and strategic positioning. With the opening of their multidisciplinary office here, they are reaffirming their commitment towards expanding their presence not only in Chicago but also across Midwest.
The newly renovated office boasts modern features such as a media room, client conferencing center with white glove concierge service,and twelve associate meeting spaces equipped with video conferencing technology.The state-of-the-art facilities make it an ideal workspace for Raymond James’ employees.
