CBRE, through its Debt and Structured Finance team in San Francisco led by Mike Walker and Brad Zampa, has successfully secured $114 million in financing for the Airway Commerce Center. The loan was obtained from Barings on behalf of Tolles Development Company. Additionally, CBRE’s Eric Bennett is responsible for leasing the property.
According to Walker, the high demand for industrial space in Reno due to low vacancy rates and limited development sites makes Airway Commerce Center a prime location with excellent last-mile access.
The newly constructed Class A industrial park is located at 3000-3030 Airway Drive and comprises four buildings spanning 890,000 square feet. It boasts impressive features such as high clear heights, ample car and trailer parking spaces, 153 dock-high doors, 28 drive-in doors as well as multiple points of ingress/egress.
Strategically situated next to Reno-Tahoe International Airport with easy access to major regional freeways including I-580,I-80,and McCarran Boulevard,the property also offers convenient proximity to Downtown Renoandthe California-Nevada border.
