The National Wildlife Federation (NWF) has recently renewed its lease for a 12,910-square-foot space at 1200 G Street NW – Metro Center in Washington, DC. This was made possible with the assistance of Cresa’s Erica King and Kenny King. NWF is the largest private nonprofit organization in the United States dedicated to conservation education and advocacy.

Since 2017, NWF has been located in this building which serves as their National Advocacy Center. The Class A office building spans over 184,000 square feet and offers amenities such as a conferencing center, fitness facilities, and retail spaces. Representing NWF were Cresa’s Erica King and Kenny King while JLL’s Evan Behr and Meghan Murray represented Landow & Company -the owner- in this transaction.
