Drawbridge Realty, a nationwide investor in operationally important corporate facilities, has successfully renewed the full-campus lease of Northrop Grumman at Spectrum Corporate Center in San Diego. The three-building campus spanning 182,870 square feet has been exclusively occupied by the global aerospace and defense technology company since its construction in 2005.
Located in Central San Diego’s Kearny Mesa submarket, Spectrum Corporate Center offers convenient access to Interstates 15, 805, 8 and 5 as well as Highways 52 and163. Drawbridge acquired this property back in2015.
JLL facilitated the leasing negotiations on behalf of both parties – landlord and tenant. This latest deal adds to Drawbridge’s impressive portfolio-wide leasing activity which has already surpassed half a million square feet this year.
