Gard North America, an insurer in the maritime industry, has renewed its long-term lease for the entire 16th floor of 40 Fulton Street in New York City’s Financial District. The 8,210-square-foot space will keep Gard North America’s presence downtown for another 10 years.
Aron Schreier, Max Mond and Carlisle Wheeler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant while Bruce Surry and Sam Spillane from CBRE acted on behalf of landlord Fulton & Pearl Holding LLC.
The 29-floor office property boasts a total space area of 252,000 square feet with major tenants including Fortune Media and Seaport Capital.
This renewal marks Gard North America’s continued commitment to maintaining their presence within New York City’s Financial District for many more years to come.
