Barker Pacific Group (BPG) has secured a lease for 19,721 square feet at 301 N. Lake Ave. in Pasadena with diversified financial firm Raymond James & Associates Inc. The renewed and expanded lease includes exterior signage designating the building as a regional headquarters for Raymond James.

Represented by Jon Winnek of Cushman & Wakefield, Raymond James added an additional 10,848 square feet to their existing 8,873-square-foot space. Scott Unger of Kidder Matthews managed the leasing process for BPG’s class A office building spanning over 227,019 square feet.

With these new leases in place, occupancy at 301 N. Lake Ave is now at an impressive rate of84%. This marks another successful transaction facilitated by BPG and highlights their commitment to providing top-notch commercial real estate solutions.
