Neu-Ion, Inc., a water purification company operating in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and the District of Columbia will be moving its corporate headquarters to Baltimore County’s Windsor Corporate Park. The company has signed a lease with St. John Properties for 18,000 square feet of space within the 86-acre business community located off Security Boulevard. They plan to relocate over 30 employees to their new location at 2555 Lord Baltimore Drive early next year.
The landlord was represented by Claire Cobert from St. John Properties while Matt Curran, Dan Hudak and Andrew Meeder from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented Neu-Ion in this lease transaction.
Windsor Corporate Park is made up of twelve buildings totaling nearly 450,000 square feet of commercial office and flex/R&D space with multiple fast-casual restaurants as part of its retail component. It is conveniently situated just two miles away from Interstate-695 (Baltimore Beltway), four miles away from Interstate-70 and approximately ten miles away from downtown Baltimore as well as BWI Airport.
