California Bank & Trust is moving its Los Angeles office to the AON Center, owned by Carolwood LP. The bank will be leaving its current location at 550 S. Hope St. and occupying 28,603 square feet of office space at 707 Wilshire Blvd.
According to Adam Tischer, Senior Vice President at Colliers and part of the tower’s ownership group, this move demonstrates the continued activity in Downtown LA’s office market. He expressed excitement on behalf of Carolwood for welcoming such a high-quality tenant with an excellent reputation.
The lease was brokered by Colliers’ Vice Chair Matthew Heyn and Executive Vice President Ian M. Gilbert on behalf of the ownership group and landlord Carolwood LP. Gilbert stated that California Bank & Trust’s decision to relocate further solidifies 707 Wilshire as a prestigious address for businesses looking to thrive in downtown LA’s dynamic heart.
CBRE represented California Bank & Trust in this relocation deal through their agent Adam Selter.
