Williams Equities has successfully secured a long-term lease for its property at 120 E. 23rd St. with The École, an independent French-American bilingual school. This prestigious institution caters to an international community of students ranging from maternelle to middle school and will be relocating to the Midtown South property in fall 2025.
The new facility will span across a portion of the ground floor as well as the entire second and third floors, featuring a private entrance within the “building within a building” configuration. According to vice chairman Michael Berger of Colliers, who facilitated this lease agreement, The École was seeking state-of-the-art academic facilities in this vibrant neighborhood while accommodating its growing student population.
Situated near Madison Square Park, Williams Equities’ turn-of-the-century property boasts twelve stories with spacious 21,000-square-foot floors and entrances on both 22nd and 23rd streets. This prime location is ideal for The École’s relocation plans without compromising on accessibility or convenience.
This latest development showcases Williams Equities’ commitment towards providing top-notch commercial spaces that cater to diverse needs while also contributing positively towards local communities through partnerships such as these.
