### Related Urban Secures Bid for Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Project

Related Urban Development Group (RUDC), the affordable housing division of Related Group, is nearing an agreement with Miami-Dade County to develop a $101.7 million project along the Miami River. The proposed land lease would cost $1.18 million annually. RUDC emerged as the highest bidder in response to the county’s request for proposals (RFP), with the final approval set for a County Commission vote in early April.

#### **Project Details: Gallery at Riverwalk**

The planned development, named **Gallery at Riverwalk**, will be located at **1175 NW South River Drive** in Little Havana. The 19-story building will occupy a one-acre site, featuring:

– **236 residential units**
– **1,550 square feet of retail space**
– **188 parking spaces**

Amenities for residents will include a fitness center, pickleball court, swimming pool, and a dog-washing station. **CFE Architects** is the project architect.

#### **Affordable and Workforce Housing**

Of the 236 apartments, **108 units will be designated as affordable housing** for households earning up to 80% of the area median income, while another **108 units will be allocated as workforce housing.**

The development marks a significant step in addressing Miami-Dade’s growing demand for affordable and workforce housing. Final approval of the land lease will be determined in the County Commission’s upcoming vote.
