### Related Ross Breaks Ground on Two West Palm Beach Towers
Related Ross is moving forward with the development of the 10 and 15 CityPlace office towers in West Palm Beach.
Located at 550 S. Rosemary Square within the CityPlace mixed-use project downtown, 15 CityPlace will span approximately 500,000 square feet across 26 stories, including 20,000 square feet of retail space. Meanwhile, the adjacent 10 CityPlace will offer 480,000 square feet of office space in a 25-story tower.
The architectural designs for the towers are by renowned firms Kohn Pederson Fox (10 CityPlace) and Arquitectonica (15 CityPlace), with PB South Construction serving as the general contractor. Both projects are expected to be completed by 2027.
According to Related Ross, 15 CityPlace is already 60% pre-leased. Notably, Cleveland Clinic Florida has secured 125,000 square feet in the building to expand its outpatient care center in West Palm Beach.
Jon Blunk of TCRE Commercial Real Estate Experts is managing leasing efforts for both 10 and 15 CityPlace.
In addition to these new developments, Related Ross recently completed the One Flagler office tower, which has reached a 95% occupancy rate. The company has also announced a $120 million renovation of Phillips Point.
