**Related Group and Pininfarina Secure $230M Financing for Landmark Fort Lauderdale Condo Tower**
The Related Group, in partnership with renowned Italian design house Pininfarina, has closed on a $230 million construction financing deal with Apollo for their latest luxury residential development, Andare Residences Design by Pininfarina (Andare). Construction of the project began in May 2025, with completion expected in 2027.
Set to become the tallest residential building in Broward County, the 46-story tower will rise more than 540 feet, redefining the Fort Lauderdale skyline.
Offering expansive residences ranging from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet, each unit is designed to showcase panoramic views of Fort Lauderdale’s waterways and the Atlantic Ocean. Residents will enjoy an extensive collection of luxury amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a pickleball court, and a wellness spa featuring salt therapy, sauna, steam and massage rooms, along with both hot and cold plunge pools.
The 11th floor will offer an elevated lifestyle experience, complete with a private dining room and catering kitchen, a Sports Lounge with gaming tables, an Executive Lounge with private conference rooms, and a resident-exclusive Club Lounge featuring a Central Bar with sweeping ocean vistas.
At the rooftop level, residents can relax and entertain with an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, private cabanas, a sun deck, a hot tub, and on-demand food and beverage service.
