“Rejuvenated” Plano Mall to Reopen After Temporary Closure

"Rejuvenated" Plano Mall to Reopen After Temporary Closure

For over two decades, the Market Square Mall in Plano has been left vacant at U.S. 75 and Spring Creek Parkway due to its obsolescence. Now, the 300,000 square foot mixed-use Assembly Park is set to open soon with apartments, restaurants and office space as well as outdoor spaces such as a hike-and-bike trail and fitness center for tenants’ use. The Annabel apartment complex will feature more than 300 units including single story apartments and multi-story townhomes complete with private garages – the first of which are expected to be ready by October this year.

In addition there will be 180,000 square feet of office space available along with 16,000 square feet dedicated for restaurant or retail purposes; some offices are anticipated to become available later this month too! Triten Real Estate Partners have taken on development duties for this project which promises a new lease of life into an area that had been forgotten about since 2000s .
