"Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Acquires Avon R&D Facility in Suffern"

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has recently acquired the Avon Innovation Center, a 235,000-square-foot research and development property located in Suffern, NY. The purchase price for this transaction was not disclosed.

The seller was represented by a team from Cushman & Wakefield led by Larry Carroll, Shawn Straka, David Bernhaut, Frank DiTommaso and Seth Zuidema. Michael Katz of Actio Corporate Advisors also assisted with the sale process. On the other hand,the buyer Regeneron Pharmaceuticals was represented by Dan Loughlin and Matt Loughlin of JLL.
