C-III Capital Partners and America’s Capital Partners have successfully secured a $32.5 million refinancing for Westshore Center, a nine-story office building spanning 220,000 square feet in Tampa.
The financing was obtained through the efforts of CBRE’s Amy Julian and Andrew Chilgren, who represented the two sponsors. The loan was originated by BMO.
Currently, Westshore Center is 85% occupied with a diverse tenant roster consisting of 25 tenants with an average lease term of 4.8 years. There is currently approximately 29,631 square feet available for lease.
