Redwood Living, Inc., a development and property management company, has recently announced the impact of its second annual philanthropic initiative, Redwood Cares. Through this program, Redwood employees and residents have nominated local organizations to receive support in the form of volunteer time, promotion efforts, and monetary donations. In total, $45K was donated to six deserving charitable organizations.
To ensure an unbiased selection process for this year’s recipients, Redwood partnered with the Northern Ohio Apartment Association. The chosen organizations were selected by a combination of employee nominations as well as input from investors and residents. These partnerships will continue through 2024.
The following nonprofits were selected:
– Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio: $10K
– Tim Tebow Foundation: $5K
– Special Spaces: $10K
– Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park: $5K
– University of Michigan Health C.S Mott Children’s Hospital (Paws4Patients Program):$10k
