### Plans for Former CNN Headquarters Unveiled

For more than 30 years, the iconic 1.2 million-square-foot building in downtown Atlanta was known as the CNN Center. Now, under the ownership and operation of CP Group, the landmark is undergoing a major transformation.

### The Redevelopment Vision

CP Group has partnered with architecture and interior design firm TVS, general contractor Holder Construction, and branding agency Core Twelve to reposition and redevelop the property, now known as **The Center**.

Strategically located near the State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, The Center is being reimagined as a vibrant mixed-use destination. Plans include a dynamic mix of retail, dining, content creation spaces, and entertainment venues.

### Expanding Retail and Hospitality

CP Group aims to significantly expand the retail footprint at The Center, with plans to triple the current 45,000 square feet of retail space. The goal is to attract a mix of national and local food and beverage operators, enhancing the appeal of the property and supporting leasing efforts for its 30 floors of office space.

As part of this vision, CP Group has already secured a well-known restaurant tenant for nearly 10,000 square feet of space, signaling progress in the redevelopment efforts.

With this transformation, The Center is poised to become a key destination in downtown Atlanta, offering a modern blend of business, lifestyle, and entertainment.
