### Transformation of Former CNN Center Unveiled in Atlanta

For over 30 years, the iconic CNN Center has been a landmark in downtown Atlanta. Now, the 1.2 million-square-foot property is undergoing a major transformation as CP Group, its owner-operator, repositions the site for a new era.

The redevelopment, now known as **The Center**, is being designed in collaboration with architecture and interior design firm **TVS**, general contractor **Holder Construction**, and branding firm **Core Twelve**.

Strategically located with direct access to the State Farm Arena and near Mercedes-Benz Stadium, The Center is set to become a bustling mixed-use destination featuring retail, dining, content creation, and entertainment. CP Group has already secured a well-known restaurant tenant for nearly 10,000 square feet of space as part of this ambitious overhaul.

One of CP Group’s key initiatives is to triple the amount of retail space at The Center, aiming to attract a mix of local and national food and beverage operators. Currently, the site has approximately 45,000 square feet of retail space. The company believes expanding retail offerings will, in turn, help drive leasing for the 30 floors of office space within the building.

This redevelopment signals a new chapter for the former CNN headquarters, positioning it as a vibrant hub that will reshape the downtown Atlanta landscape.
