Former Roswell Mall Set for Major Redevelopment

Morris & Fellows Ventures has been selected by the Town of Roswell to spearhead the redevelopment of Roswell Town Center, a 47-acre shopping center located at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb Bridge Road. The firm will collaborate with city officials and the property’s owner over the course of several years to revitalize the site. Known for their successful urban transformations in Alpharetta and Woodstock, Morris & Fellows brings a proven track record to the ambitious project.

The redevelopment plan envisions a vibrant mixed-use community that could feature commercial, residential, office, educational, and civic spaces, positioning Roswell Town Center as a central hub of activity and growth in the city.

Originally opened in the 1970s as Roswell Mall, a two-level enclosed shopping center, the property was reconfigured into an open-air center during the 1990s. Today, the largely underutilized retail space remains partially occupied, with tenants including Dollar Tree, Floor & Decor, and Shoe Gallery.

This latest development complements Roswell’s broader urban renewal initiatives. City officials recently approved plans from The Atlantic Companies to build apartments and commercial space on the site of the former police headquarters, further signaling a new era of redevelopment and revitalization for the city.
