Former Roswell Mall Set for Major Redevelopment

Morris & Fellows Ventures has been selected by the town of Roswell, Georgia, to lead a major redevelopment project for Roswell Town Center. Located at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb Bridge Road, the 47-acre site is set to undergo a comprehensive transformation over several years, in partnership with city officials and the property owner.

The redevelopment plan envisions a vibrant, mixed-use community that could include commercial, residential, office, educational, and civic spaces. Morris & Fellows brings a successful track record to the initiative, having previously played a key role in the revitalization of downtown Alpharetta and Woodstock.

Roswell Town Center, originally known as Roswell Mall, was built in the 1970s as a two-level enclosed shopping center. It was converted to an open-air format in the 1990s. Despite structural changes, the property today remains only partially occupied, with current tenants including Dollar Tree, Floor & Decor, and Shoe Gallery.

This latest initiative follows another major project in the city, where Roswell officials recently approved plans by The Atlantic Companies to develop apartments and commercial space at the site of the city’s former police headquarters.

The redevelopment of Roswell Town Center marks a significant step in reshaping one of the city’s most visible and historically important commercial areas into a dynamic, multi-use destination.
