### Former Cinderella City Mall in Englewood Set for Major Redevelopment

DPC Companies and Ogilvie Partners are advancing plans to revitalize the former Cinderella City Mall site in Englewood. The two firms acquired the property—now known as Englewood CityCenter—earlier this year for $5.2 million.

Their vision includes transforming the approximately 220,000 square feet of mixed-use space into a vibrant community where people can live, work, and shop. Plans call for the addition of multifamily apartments and a hotel to complement the existing development.

Once the largest indoor shopping mall west of the Mississippi, Cinderella City Mall originally opened in 1968. Over the years, the area has undergone significant changes, culminating in foreclosure in 2017. DPC and Ogilvie purchased the property from Starwood Property Trust and are currently working with the City of Englewood to develop a master redevelopment plan.

At present, the center is 39% leased, with tenants including Harbor Freight, Petco, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Ross, Tokyo Joe’s, and Einstein Bros.

This redevelopment marks a significant step in reshaping the once-thriving retail hub into a modern, mixed-use destination.
