**BMC Investments Launches Cherry Lane Redevelopment in Denver**

BMC Investments, in partnership with Prism Places and Invesco Real Estate, is set to begin construction on Cherry Lane. The development marks the first phase of a major redevelopment project following the successful closure of debt financing for construction, provided by Bank OZK.

Cherry Lane’s transformation will involve demolishing the vacant Sears store and the former Crate & Barrel building. Additionally, a service alley and parking garage will be converted into a dynamic mixed-use space in the Cherry Creek North submarket.

The project will feature 379 multifamily units, 59,063 square feet of office space, and 132,665 square feet of retail and restaurant areas, spanning the ground floor, a second-floor mezzanine, and a rooftop level.

Currently, abatement activities are underway at the site, which is bordered by Clayton Lane, and First and Second Avenues. Demolition of the Sears building is set to begin this month.

Cherry Lane is designed by Tryba Architects and is being built by PCL Construction. Michael Hsu Office of Architecture is overseeing retail interior and exterior design elements of the development.
