Redevelopment of Abandoned Ft. Worth Landmark Could Be Possible

For over 25 years, the Texas & Pacific Warehouse in Fort Worth has been vacant. Now, its owner Cleopatra Investments is restarting development efforts. Before any progress can be made, however, a structural inspection must be conducted by city officials to determine the condition of this historic landmark building and what renovations may need to take place.

Plans for the 611 foot long by 100 foot wide structure include a hotel on its eastern edge with apartments above and retail below. The warehouse was originally part of T&P railway which helped jump start growth in Fort Worth one hundred years ago.

This abandoned Ft Worth landmark could soon become an exciting new development if all goes according to plan!
