Redeveloped Water Park in Crystal City to Feature 11 New Restaurant Concepts from JBG SMITH

JBG SMITH, a Bethesda-based commercial real estate firm, is bringing eleven new restaurant concepts to the reimagined Water Park in Arlington, Virginia this summer. Nine of these eateries will be located in 300-square-foot kiosks lining Crystal Drive and are meant to serve as incubator opportunities for up-and-coming culinary talent. The lineup features a diverse blend of cuisines created by local minority and women led businesses.
Additionally, JBG SMITH has entered into an agreement with STHRN Hospitality – an Atlanta based culinary and creative group – to anchor a 1,400 square foot full service restaurant set into the hillside at the roughly 1.6 acre open space in National Landing’s heart which will complement its broader redevelopment efforts .
Amy Rice , senior vice president of retail leasing at JBG SMITH said “We’re especially excited to introduce National Landing’s residents , workers and visitors to this dynamic mix of emerging culinary talent.”
