"Red Hook Commercial Property Sells for $30 Million - Great Investment Opportunity!"

Terreno Realty Corporation, a San Francisco-based company, has recently acquired 185 Van Dyke St., a two-story commercial property in Brooklyn’s Red Hook waterfront area. The purchase price was $27.5 million and the seller was Lande Alexander Properties.

JLL facilitated the transaction with their team of experts including Michael Mazzara, Bob Knakal, Stephen Palmese and Brendan Maddigan as well as Hall Oster, Jonathan Hageman, Ethan Stanton and Winfield Clifford. Dan Morici from JLL represented the buyer.

Originally constructed in the late 1800s by Col. Daniel Richards as part of an assembly known then as Merchant Stores, 185 Van Dyke St. has since been converted into a multi-tenant commercial space with various businesses occupying approximately 70% of its total capacity. Notable tenants include Strong Rope Brewery and Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pie.

The sale of this prime Red Hook property for $30 million marks another successful deal for Connect CRE.
