UBS Financial Services has inked a 10-year lease for 20,715 square feet of space at Denholtz Properties’ redevelopment project located at 140-148 Broad Street in downtown Red Bank, NJ. The property was acquired by Denholtz in 2022 and will undergo substantial interior and exterior improvements to reach Class A standards.
The CBRE team partnered with Denholtz Properties to spearhead the leasing campaign while Cushman & Wakefield represented UBS during negotiations of the lease agreement.
This office lease marks an important milestone for UBS Financial Services as well as Red Bank’s commercial corridor.
