"Red Antler Moves Headquarters to Hudson Square from Brooklyn"

Hudson Square Properties (HSP), a partnership between Trinity Church, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, has announced that Red Antler will be moving its headquarters from Brooklyn to 160 Varick St. This creative agency, known for their work with both emerging and established brands in the 21st century, will occupy over 10,000 square feet of space.

According to Jason Alderman, senior managing director and city head of Hines’ New York office: “The Hudson Square Properties neighborhood is quickly becoming a hub for innovation and creativity. Red Antler is exactly the type of tenant we are looking to attract as office leasing activity increases across New York City. We are thrilled to have them join our portfolio.”

CBRE’s Howard Fiddle , Paul Amrich , Neil King , Zachary Price , and Benjamin Joseph represented HSP in this transaction while JLL’s Joseph Sipala and Lance Yasinsky represented Red Antler.

This move marks an exciting new chapter for both Hudson Square Properties as well as the growing neighborhood it calls home.
